Tree Lattimore, SPHR, SHRM-SCP carries over twenty years of human resources and creative training solutions experience as founder of TRLA Consulting. Her servant leader approach and extensive partnering with institutions, organizations and individuals drives her passion to overlay established HR knowledge with abiding faith. She stands, particularly, on Proverbs 31 which reminds us 'women are clothed with strength and virtue'.

Tree's life lessons gained through sports have influenced her strong dedication, collaboration, and trust in her service approach. She coaches young athletes where she continues to instill ethics & values. 

A mother of two sons and a daughter along with their golden doodle-Cookie! Tree instills in her family the importance of steadfast faith and reaching personal goals while building a community that volunteers locally and impacts globally.
